Issuance of Qualifications & Statements of Attainment

Policy Statement

Qualifications and Statements of Attainment must only be issued to persons that have successfully completed all requirements for such qualifications or Statement of Attainment.

All parchments must be coded uniquely, held securely and recorded when assigned.

Procedure

  1. Following the completion of a course, the trainer will assess all persons and notify the Education Director of the outcome
  2. The Education Director will
    2.1. ensure that all details are recorded accurately in the database
    2.2. issue parchments sequentially to persons that have successfully completed the course
    2.3. ensure that all parchments are printed in draft for and checked for accuracy and include the
    2.3.1. person’s name as recorded on their assessment paper
    2.3.2. course conducted date
    2.3.3. student ID
    2.3.4. national competency/module code
    2.3.5. national course code
    2.3.6. 4Life Pty Ltd’s company details and national provider code
    2.4. ensure that parchments are printed and provided to the appropriate person(s).
